Research

Evidence-based insights at the AI+Accessibility intersection.

Research is what keeps our advice honest. We measure outcomes, evidence hypotheses, and build the knowledge base that underpins everything else.

Our platform

ASK: Accessible Survey Kit

A validated quantitative research platform that segments users by disability type and measures how different features perform across those segments. Most organisations cannot get this data by any other means.

ASK feeds everything AT does. Training brings participants in. Research produces evidence that makes training credible. ASK is what makes AT defensible.

  • Self-service subscribers run their own studies
  • Bespoke engagements prove it works
  • EU AI Act Article 72 requires exactly this kind of evidence
"Users with dyslexic characteristics rated your chatbot component 40% lower on understandability than other users."

Example finding from an ASK-powered study. No other survey tool can slice user satisfaction data this way.
